Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Managing localization projects, including project planning, resource coordinating, work assignment, LQA arranging, cost maintaining, risk managing to ensure delivering projects to client on time with the best quality.
2. Identifying all project objectives and deadlines and ensuring they are met at profitable cost level.
Client relationship maintenance and enhancement. Support account manager on business development.
3. Recording key information, standardize the work flow according to ISO principle.
4. Interacting with customers and internal/vendor teams for project related problem identifying and solving.
5. Monitoring the day to day process and making sure everybody is following the right process.
6. Summarizing project experiences and lessons and improving our service step by step.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year working as localization project manager.
2. Excellent written English and good English listening and reading and speaking.
3. Highly responsible, punctual and careful.
4. Able to work under high pressure.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Able to master new knowledge and skills quickly.
7. Clear logical mind on problem analyzing and solving.
